For a full service listing, we do not charge any up front fees and only a commission of 1.5% at the close of escrow. With our program, we let you find your own buyer also, and in that case you pay no buyers' agent commission and we do all the work for you and your buyer and can also do your buyer's loan for them. If the buyer comes in through a buyer's agent, then you would pay the buyer's agent commission which typically ranges between 2.5% - 3%.
